Fabulous for Walkers!
The hosts were fabulous and the accommodation was so lovely. You could not get a better view or situation for walkers, with so many paths right on the doorstep and even if you were stumped for where to go the hosts suggestions were perfect.

Lovely spot and cosy feel
Everything was lovely from first arrival and onwards. The room was cosy and there were tables outside to sit and enjoy the warm evening as well as a nice guest lounge. Breakfast in the mornings was generous and tasty. Victoria and Andy were both friendly and welcoming. There were also lovely places to explore nearby on foot, without even needing to get in the car.

Our Honeymoon
Beautiful location and Victoria is the perfect host. We spent part of our honeymoon here with our dogs and had a wonderful time walking in the woods and travelling to nearby Whitby. Breakfast was superb and the room lovely and cosy. Great shower too! There’s also an enclosed field for the dogs to run in. Will be back !

Lovely place
Great place, we stayed a night as a stop over whilst doing the Cleveland Way. Victoria was lovely, we felt so welcome, the rooms were great, drinks from the bar, lovely lounge with sofas and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

Stayed one night supporting friends doing the Lyke Wake Walk. Andy & Victoria are lovely hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The guest house is lovely, clean and welcoming and in the perfect spot being on the Coast to Coast route and near to the Cleveland Way with lovely views over the countryside and a great breakfast to start your day.
